2. Each sales person is issued 100 certificates in numerical order.
· Our sales reports enable the crew manager to record daily sales for each member of the sales crew.
3. 2-part numbered cash/donation receipts.
· One copy is given to the customer and the other is turned over to you with the next settlement for your record-keeping needs.
4. Weekly settlements will be made at a time that is convenient for you and the sales crew manager.

6. We will furnish one 16 x 20 canvas mounted and framed portrait of your fire department/rescue squad to display in your facility.

· Certificate holders come to your fire/rescue building or another designated area to be photographed on the date(s) specified. We furnish a professional family portrait photographer.
· Within three weeks, the customer returns to make his/her portrait selection. He/she can choose to take one, all, or any part of his/her portraits without obligation.
· Your department/squad is guaranteed up to 50% for each certificate distributed plus 100% of all donations over the $35.00 / $40.00 / $45.00 / $50.00 amount (your choice).
